Welcome to The Jackson Clinic website for tubal reversals done by Dr. Lisa Rogers in Jackson, Tennessee. We hope to be able to provide you with the information that you need to make such an important decision for your family, and answer any questions that you may have. Dr. Rogers and her nurse, Cindy Rawdon, have worked together as a team for over thirty years and we are here to serve you.

A tubal reversal, or tubal anastomosis or reanastamosis, is a surgical procedure which is done to repair the fallopian tubes after a tubal ligation. The goal of a tubal reversal is usually to restore fertility and allow for the possibility of having more children. Some women suffer from symptoms of PTLS (post tubal ligation syndrome) and desire to have a tubal reversal to see if it will relieve their symptoms. There are also women who feel that having a tubal ligation was a mistake, or that it is not what God had planned for them. Whatever the reason you regret having a tubal ligation, you are not alone, and a tubal reversal may be the answer for you.

About Tubal Reversals

In a tubal reversal operation, the blocked ends of the fallopian tubes are opened and then sewn together. Dr. Rogers uses an operating microscope which greatly magnifies the surgical field. This allows for tiny sutures to be placed in the correct positions on the tubes. The tubal ends are sewn together in two layers using 8-0 Vicryl sutures. The mesosalpinx (membrane attached to the tube) is sewn together using a 6-0 Prolene suture. Microsurgical instruments and techniques are used throughout the procedure to reduce the chance of formation of adhesions (scar tissue). Blue dye is then injected through the tubes to ensure patency and proper alignment of the tubal ends.

In our center, tubal reversals are performed through an open abdominal incision, similar to what is done for a Cesarean section and often referred to as a “bikini cut”. The incision is closed with absorbable sutures (stitches that dissolve). It is then covered with a clear bandage, which can be removed seven days after surgery. The procedure usually lasts two to three hours.

After your surgery, you will be monitored in the recovery area and then observed in an outpatient room. Once you are able to eat and drink a little, and urinate, then you will be discharged from the hospital or surgery center. If you live two hours or less from Jackson, it is fine for you to go home the same day after your surgery. If your travel time is more than two hours, we recommend that you stay in Jackson for at least one night after surgery. You will be much more comfortable in a hotel room than you would be on the road. When you do travel home, you should stop at least every two hours to walk around, stretch your legs, and use the bathroom. If you are flying or your drive is more than four hours long, we suggest that you purchase a pair of calf sleeves or knee-high support stockings to wear during your trip (when traveling both to Jackson and back home). This will reduce your risk of having a blood clot. You should notify your airline that for your flight home you will need a wheelchair to take you to your gate as well as to meet you when you land. You will not feel up to walking through a large airport after your surgery.

In the majority of cases, tubal ligations are performed in such a way that a tubal reversal can be done. It is rare that the fallopian tube has been so badly damaged that it cannot be repaired. If you have had a salpingectomy (complete removal of the tube) or a fimbriectomy (removal of the fimbriated end of the tube), you are not a candidate for a reversal. If your tubes were tied with an Essure or Adiana procedure, your reversal cannot be done at our center. If you have had an endometrial ablation, the inside lining of the uterus is too damaged to support a pregnancy, and you should not have a tubal reversal.

Patients who are significantly overweight and carry their weight in their abdomen may not be a candidate for a tubal reversal in our center. The microsurgical instruments that are used in the surgery are not long enough to reach the tubes if the abdominal wall is too thick. We ask you to tell us your height and weight when you send in your introduction letter.

Depending on your BMI, we may ask you to send in pictures to see how your weight is distributed. To take these pictures, please wear a bra and panties or a two-piece bathing suit. You do not need to include your face or head in the photos but please write your name on the back. It is best if you have someone else take the pictures. Please take one picture of your front and then one from a side view. These photos will be reviewed and then shredded; they are not a part of your medical record and will not be scanned into the computer. If it appears from the photos that your abdominal wall is too thick, we may ask you to lose weight before scheduling your surgery.

We do not ask for your weight or photos to embarrass you in any way, but it is important to determine whether it is safe for you to have your surgery in our center. We do not charge any extra fee if you are overweight.

Even if the tubal reversal surgery goes perfectly well, and the tube is open all the way through, there is no guarantee that you will become pregnant. Dr. Rogers recommends that you wait one month after surgery before you start trying to conceive, or at least until after you have had a period after surgery. If you have not become pregnant after trying for six months, you should see your local OB/GYN to discuss having an HSG (hysterosalpingogram). This is a test done in the radiology department which checks to see if your tubes are open. There is no reason to have an HSG prior to six months after your surgery.

There is a risk of complications with any surgery, although the incidence of complications associated with tubal reversals is low. Risks of surgery include problems with anesthesia, bleeding, infection, and damage to internal organs such the bowel, bladder, uterus, nerves and blood vessels. Dr. Rogers has never had to give any of her patients a blood transfusion during a tubal reversal. The typical blood loss is less than 50 cc. There is a risk of having a reaction to the medications that are used in surgery; please let us know if you have any allergies (including latex) and if you have had any problems with previous surgeries (nausea, vomiting, etc). In extremely rare cases, death can occur due to complications from surgery. This has never happened with any of Dr. Rogers’ patients.

It is very important that you notify us of any medical problems that you have prior to your surgery, and all medications that you take. There are some medications (blood thinners, Ozempic, etc) that have to be stopped at least several days prior to your surgery.

One very important fact to consider after a tubal reversal is the increased risk of a tubal (ectopic) pregnancy. As the tube heals, scar tissue can form which can narrow the tube. This can interfere with the fertilized egg traveling through the tube into the uterus. It is mandatory that you see your OB/GYN physician as soon as you think you might be pregnant. If you do not already have an established OB/GYN, please go ahead and schedule an appointment with the doctor or clinic that will provide your prenatal care so that you will not be considered a “new patient” when you get pregnant. This will make it easier for you to get an appointment for lab work and ultrasound early in your pregnancy to make sure that your baby is in the uterus.

Prior to getting pregnant, it is recommended that you take a B vitamin called folate, or folic acid. This has been shown to reduce the chance of having a baby with spina bifida. All prenatal vitamins and most women’s vitamins contain at least 400 mcg (0.4 mg) of folic acid. If you have diabetes, it is imperative that you have your blood glucose levels under good control prior to having a tubal reversal. There is an increased risk of birth defects associated with elevated A1c levels. Your A1c should be less than 6.5, preferably below 6.0.

The cost of a tubal reversal at our center is $5900. This includes Dr. Rogers’ fee, lab, anesthesia, the hospital or surgery center fee, and all medications that you are given at the hospital or surgery center. It does not include the cost of your prescriptions for pain and nausea to have if needed after your surgery, which are usually $20-$30. If your surgery is scheduled at the Baptist Outpatient Center, you will pay $1800 to The Jackson Clinic and $4100 to Baptist. If your surgery is at the hospital, you will pay $1750 to The Jackson Clinic and $4150 to the hospital.

A $1000 non-refundable deposit is required to schedule your surgery. This will be applied to the fee payable to The Jackson Clinic. The balance will be due at the time of your preoperative visit, usually on the day prior to your surgery. We do not accept personal checks or CareCredit. We do accept cash, cashier’s checks, money orders, and major credit cards. The overall fee is kept as low as possible to make the surgery affordable, but we do not compromise care in any way. We do not file for insurance payment; if your insurance provider does pay for tubal reversals, we will supply you with the codes you will need to file for reimbursement from them.

If you are interested in having a tubal reversal, please send a letter of introduction, a copy of the operative report from your tubal ligation, and the pathology report (if there is one) to us.

If a portion of the tube was removed during your tubal ligation, there should be a pathology report. If your tubes were burned, clipped, or tied with falope rings, there will not be a pathology report.

In your letter of introduction, please include your name, address, phone number, date of birth, height, and weight. If you would like to let us know a little about your family and what prompted you to have a tubal reversal, we would be happy to have that information as well.

If your surgery records are not available, you can still be a candidate for surgery, just let us know when you send your introduction letter.

Meet Your Tubal Reversal Physician

Our theme verse is Psalm 127:3 – “Behold, children are a gift from the Lord; the fruit of the womb is His reward”.

Dr. John Curlin began a ministry of performing tubal reversals in Jackson in the 1980’s, and I have been privileged to carry on this ministry since 1999. The surgery portion of my medical practice has been focused only on tubal reversals since 2005.

It brings me great joy to be a part of fulfilling the desire that couples have to bring a new life into the world. The success of our patients has been a blessing from the Lord. Whatever your reason is for seeking a tubal reversal, we would be honored to be a part of fulfilling your desire for healing and restoration.

Dr. Lisa Williams Rogers received her undergraduate degree in biology from Union University in Jackson, Tennessee. She graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine, where she received the Excellence in Surgery award. Her residency was at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi. She is board certified through the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and a Fellow of the American College of OB/GYN. She is a member of the American Association of Pro-Life Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and volunteers at her local crisis pregnancy center.

Dr. Rogers serves on the Board of Trustees at her alma mater Union University. She and her husband Kenny have three grown children and one grandson, as well as a varying number of dogs and cats.

The Rogers are active members of The Church at Sugar Creek. They enjoy attending football games at Mississippi State and also are involved in animal rescue.

Have you ever made a decision you later regretted or done something you wished you could “undo”? Most of us have experienced this at some point. While some decisions are relatively easy to change, others are more challenging.

For many women who reach a point in their lives where they no longer plan to have more children, tubal ligation becomes a common choice. This surgical procedure blocks the fallopian tubes to prevent pregnancy and is generally considered a permanent form of birth control. While many women who have undergone tubal ligation are content with their decision and find it effective for contraception, others experience deep remorse, sometimes almost immediately after the procedure.

Several factors contribute to this regret. Some women choose the procedure due to pressure from family or financial constraints, only to regret it if their situation improves later. Women in abusive relationships may seek tubal ligation to avoid bringing more children into a difficult environment but later wish they had more children if their circumstances change. Additionally, some couples find the procedure conflicts with their spiritual beliefs or wish to have children with a new partner, leading to regret over their previous decision.

Fortunately, there is a solution for those who regret their tubal ligation. A surgical procedure known as tubal reversal or tubal anastomosis can reconnect the fallopian tubes where they were previously blocked. Dr. John Curlin, who retired in 2004, began performing tubal reversals in the 1970s after feeling called to help women who regretted their tubal ligation.

Curlin worked with Jackson Madison County General Hospital to keep costs affordable. While many doctors charge over $10,000 for this procedure, it is generally not covered by insurance. At The Jackson Clinic, the total cost for a tubal reversal, including surgery, pre-op visit, lab work, anesthesia, and hospital charges, is $5,900.

I had the privilege of working with Dr. Curlin for several years to learn his successful techniques and am honored to continue this important work. My surgical practice focuses on tubal reversals, and I perform about 100 of these procedures each year, while also treating general gynecology patients.

Our tubal reversal ministry at The Jackson Clinic has been blessed with positive outcomes. We recently surveyed our patients to evaluate our success rates. For women aged 39 and under who had a tubal reversal and had at least 4 cm of fallopian tube, the chance of achieving an intrauterine pregnancy (not ectopic) was 81%. For women of all ages with at least 4 cm of tube length, the success rate was 67%. The rate of ectopic (tubal) pregnancies was 7%. Some women with an HSG (x-ray dye test) showing open tubes did not become pregnant, while at least two women with blocked tubes on the HSG later became pregnant and had healthy babies. A small percentage of women with blocked tubes on the HSG did not conceive.

Different methods of tubal ligation can generally be reversed, though success rates vary depending on the extent of damage to the tubes. Clips or bands typically damage only a small segment of the fallopian tube, leaving enough length to reconnect. Success rates are higher when at least 4 cm of tube remains. Newer methods, such as Essure and Adiana, are currently not reversible due to the damage caused as the tube passes through the uterine wall.

If you or someone you know is interested in learning more about tubal reversal, please contact The Jackson Clinic OB-GYN department. Leave a message with your name and address, and we will be happy to send you more information.

I'm 38 now and we decided to do some research and came across Dr. Lisa Rogers and that was the best decision we made. I had my tubal reversal done in March 2017 and I am now eight weeks pregnant. My due date is in March 2018. We are so grateful and blessed that we chose Dr. Lisa. It only took less than three months of trying. Thank you so much! We love what you have done for us.

Comment: My experience at The Jackson Clinic was none other than a big blessing. I drove to Jackson in May 2016. From the time we arrived at the clinic the staff greeted me with smiles and respect which is what is needed with this type of surgery. Meeting Dr. Rogers was a huge success in my life. I was admitted into the hospital early the next morning to have my surgery. While I was very nervous the staff asked would I like a Chaplin to come pray with me, of course I said yes. I started my morning off with a prayer and I was soon surrounded by many doctors and nurses. After I got out of surgery I had very little pain and was able to travel home. Moving on to July 2016, I received the biggest news, I was pregnant with my fourth blessing! I was scared to death of the possibility of the baby not growing in the right area. Praise God he was and with me having a tubal reversal I was considered high risk, but I was able to see my little baby every week by ultrasound. To end my story, my baby turned one on March 6, 2018. Thank God for Dr. Lisa Rogers and staff, we will forever remember you!

I am now a proud mom of four beautiful children, two of which were conceived after my reversal by Dr. Rogers! We could never thank you enough for all of your help, Dr. Lisa Rogers!!

Comment: I had my tubal reversal done by Dr. Lisa Rogers, she’s amazing! I drove 8 1/2 hours to a doctor that I didn’t know or didn't know what to expect from her. I wouldn’t have had it any other way! She was a great doctor! I mean she explained everything about the surgery, what to expect and how long the surgery was going to be. She prayed for me and I was just extremely happy we chose her to be our doctor. I’m just in my healing process and praying for a bundle of joy!

Comment: In September 2016 I had my tubal reversal. October 2016 I got a positive pregnancy test. I had a big healthy baby in July 2017. I can’t thank Dr. Rogers enough for making our dream come true. We chose her because I loved the fact that she prays with you prior to surgery. That says a lot about who she is and that fits us perfectly. I thank God every day for our miracle and that He lead us to Dr. Rogers. She is definitely an amazing doctor!!

Comment: I had my tubes tied in 2005 at age 23. For 11 years I wished I hadn't. So in November 2016 at age 34 my family and I went to Dr. Rogers and had my tubal reversal done and was pregnant in February 2017. I am currently 18 weeks with no problems. Thank you Dr. Rogers, we are so super excited to meet our bundle of joy!!

Comment: I had my tubes tied after my third c-section in 2013 after the birth of our baby girl, then a tragic event happened in March 2015 she passed away and our hearts were broken! We first decided to do foster care after about a year later, but it didn't work out due to my father having to move in with us. So we started looking into a reversal and praying about it. We began researching doctors in October 2016, started saving money and after reading several comments and talking to others who used Dr. Rogers, we decided to go see her. We scheduled to have surgery in March 2017 and met with her a few days prior. From the moment I met her I knew we made a great decision. She is a wonderful caring doctor. On surgery day she prayed over us and her bedside manner was so wonderful. In June 2017 we had a positive pregnancy test and now I am 18 weeks and due with a baby boy in March 2018. One year from reversal date and three years from the day our precious baby girl was laid in her grave. We are blessed that we met Dr. Lisa Rogers and we call this baby boy God sent and a blessing.

Comment: We met our miracle in September 2017 after Dr. Lisa Rogers performed a tubal reversal two years ago at age 36. Not only is she excellent in her skills, her belief in God also drew us to her. We will forever be grateful to her! Thank you Dr. Rogers for your assistance in helping us with getting our beautiful baby girl here.

Comment: I had my tubes tied in 2014 after having my second baby. I thought we were finished having babies, then my husband decides he wanted another one. My doctor recommended me to The Jackson Clinic to see Dr. Lisa Rogers. I researched her as much as possible, because I lived 2.5 hours away, so I never got to meet her until the day before surgery. Which that was scary enough not knowing the physician who is about to do your surgery, and not knowing anything about her office or staff. But she was wonderful!!!! I loved her and her nurses, she made me feel safe and very comfortable, and that everything was going to be okay. She's very honest and upfront and to my amazement, she came in my room to go over all of my post-op instructions right before surgery. She held my hand and said a prayer out loud! Now, that says a lot! She's very caring about her patients and has a great bedside manner and I couldn't be happier. I had my surgery October 2017 and I got pregnant the first try five - six weeks later! Now I' am 21 weeks pregnant and due with a baby girl coming August 2018! Thank you so much Dr. Lisa Rogers! I highly recommend her!

Comment: After having my tubes tied for nine years, I had them reversed. Dr. Rogers and her nurse made me feel comfortable and were very helpful throughout the process. I had my tubes reversed in 2012 and was pregnant the next month, it resulted in an ectopic pregnancy. Since then I have two healthy children and I am currently four months pregnant. Now, my best friend is trusting Dr. Rogers with her final reversal next week. I tell everyone about Dr. Rogers. My husband and I are happy to be able to expand our family.

Comment: I had my tube reversal in May 2016. After a year of trying I am now eight weeks pregnant. Dr.Rogers is truly amazing! I highly recommend her. Thank you so much!

Comment: I came to Dr. Rogers in August 2010 for my tubal reversal. I loved her and her staff! I also loved the fact that she prayed with me before my surgery. I truly believe her hands are blessed by God to help women that desire more of God’s blessings. We’ve added four more children since my reversal and now have a total of seven. Having the tubal reversal was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made!

Comment: My husband and I traveled to see Dr. Rogers in January 2016 to have my one tube reversed. The entire experience was so very pleasant. I knew when I entered the small town of Jackson that God had sent me to the right place with the right doctor! I had researched for years in hopes of one day being able to have the surgery and find the perfect doctor! Dr. Rogers was definitely the one! We were pregnant by September 2016! We welcomed our beautiful baby girl, our dream come true, a little early on May 1st! She is just shy of seven months now and I look at her in awe every single day! Dr. Rogers I truly believe God has given you the gift to be able to help deliver His miracles here on earth. From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU!!!

Comment: Had my reversal in March 2012 and we are now eight weeks pregnant! I am due in December 2018 and everything is going great. I so happy I had this procedure done. Dr. Rogers and her staff are the greatest! I could not have asked for a better crew and I can't wait to share photos of our beautiful baby in December. Thank You Dr. Rogers!

Comment: I’m from Cleveland, MS. I don’t quite remember when I had my tubal reversal, but I can say about a month or so later I became pregnant. After having the baby I became pregnant again and the girls now are six and seven. I can truly say that Dr. Lisa Rogers is the best and when I was going to my doctor for my check-ups during my pregnancy I could hear the doctor whispering to other doctors saying "Oh my God she had a reversal tubiligation and she is pregnant!" and to also hear that Dr. Rogers had to be the best. So if you thinking about having another baby, put your faith in God first, and then Dr. Rogers. Don’t let anyone discourage you because people will talk down on your decision, but when it’s all said and done and you are pregnant, they will be calling you trying to get a reversal as well! Trust me it happened to me!! Dr. Rogers thank you, I love my girls so much! Without God and you, my life would have been incomplete. They are beautiful and smart and would like for you to meet your miracle babies someday!!

Comment: Dr. Rogers is the best doctor! She is VERY honest and respectful. She guided my husband and I through the whole process. Yes, there was pain, but I know I would heal. Dr. Rogers prayed for all of us and she is the BEST tubal reversal doctor in the world. I truly would recommend her to any women who needs this type of surgery. She is very professional when it comes to her job. I just had surgery in June 2018 and I have a while to go before we try. My husband and I want to thank you, your crew, and Cindy.

Comment: I had my tubal reversal in December 2017. I’m currently pregnant, and expecting our miracle in March 2019! Dr. Rogers and Cindy were absolutely wonderful! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, or better care. Thank you for helping to make our dreams come true!

Comment: I had my tubes tied in 2002 after my fourth child at the age of 22. I never thought that later in life I would meet my soulmate and want to have children again. Well, that is exactly what happened. I met my now husband back in 2015 and wanted to have more children. We found Dr. Rogers and her friendly staff during research of places to have my reversal. Had my operation October 2016 and my husband and I married in September 2017. I am happy to report we are now eight weeks pregnant and SO EXCITED!!!!

Comment: I had my tubal reversal in April 2017. Dr. Rogers and Cindy are amazing and make sure you are taken care of. I highly recommend if your considering this type of surgery. We are expecting our little boy in Feb 2020. I am so thankful for everything they have done for us.

Comment: I had my tubal reversal in August 2019. Dr. Rogers, nurses, and the hospital were all spectacular. They all made sure that all the information was correct and everything for the procedure was ready. Now I am recovering from the surgery. There is pain but with the medications it is manageable. Dr. Rogers and her nurse Cindy are the best. They will answer all of your questions, they will walk you through the whole process. Even after surgery if you have more questions they will answer them for you.

Comment: I had my tubal reversal in September 2006. I am pregnant and due in February 2008. We did several years of research before going through with reversal. We consulted with many doctors but Dr. Rogers was our choice because of her Christian beliefs. The experience was one I will never forget. Dr. Rogers and her staff are making family’s dreams come true. God bless her and her staff.

Comment: In April 2006 the most wonderful thing happened to me. I became WHOLE again! Thanks to Dr. Rogers on June 21, 2007 my beautiful baby girl was born! Nothing can describe how very blessed my husband and I felt on that day. I cannot say enough about Dr. Rogers and her nurse Cindy. They are both very special people to me and my family, without them we would not be able to enjoy our new baby. Thank you so much and know every time I look into my daughter’s eyes I have you to thank. To anyone even thinking of having a tubal reversal look no further this is where you want to be! Thank you again Dr. Rogers and Cindy you can never know how thankful we are to you for giving us our angel!

Comment: I had my tubal reversal done on June 20, 2007 by Dr. Lisa Rogers. This was something that my husband and I had prayed about for years. Dr. Rogers was everything that I could ask for and more. She was so kind and helped relieve all of the anxiety about the surgery. She and the entire staff at the hospital were great. I would recommend Dr. Rogers and her staff to anyone. I traveled 7 hours to Jackson and was able to return home the day after surgery. Recovery was not bad at all, just a little sore. If you are considering this surgery, you cannot go wrong with Dr. Rogers. Thanks again Dr. Rogers!

Comment: After eight long years, Dr. Rogers reversed my tubal ligation in September 2007. I am a little over one month post-op and we have already been trying for a baby! I wanted everyone to know that Dr. Rogers, Cindy and her staff were the kindest people. I actually felt like family instead of just another patient. I flew in from Ft. Hood, Texas and was able to fly back two days later! Thank you so much Dr. Rogers, Cindy and all of the staff that helped me

Comment: I just wanted to say “thank you” to Dr. Rogers and her staff for making our dreams come true. We will let you know when we’re pregnant

Comment: I wonder how long I could make this because I could write a book on how I feel about my experience! My tubes were cut and burnt, which we hear horror stories of those being the worst. Dr. Lisa Rogers repaired my tubes to a 6 cm and an 8 cm; normally they only open as wide as a 4 cm. The chances of a tubal pregnancy are only 7%, not much off from the normal. The hospital speaks very highly of Dr. Lisa and I have seen for myself why. To anyone wanting this, look no further. Dr. Lisa and her nurse, Cindy is very thorough and very helpful with excellent bedside manners. I thought being a patient from out of town they would treat me as a number and not a real concern. Boy was I ever wrong! Dr. Lisa gave me down to earth advice and straight answers to any and all questions. We are not pregnant yet, but were given very good odds. I really wish that once I become pregnant, Dr. Lisa could be my OB doctor as well, but that would be a very long five hour drive every time! Once again, thank you for every angel there and for the gift you have given to me and my husband. I will never forget any of you! Hopefully you will be hearing from me soon

Comment: I want to thank Dr. Rogers and her staff at The Jackson Clinic. I had my surgery in March, 2006. I found out today after six months that I am pregnant

Comment: I had my tubal reversal surgery on November 10th, 2006 and I just found out on March 12th that I am pregnant. I wanted to thank you for giving me another chance and to say what an amazing doctor and person you are. Thank you so much

Comment: I had my tubal reversal the 14th of March just a few days ago. The recovery was excellent and there was no pain. I went back to work on the 19th of March. It was amazing! Thanks to Dr. Rogers and her wonderful staff

Comment: I just wanted to thank Dr. Rogers for giving my husband and me the opportunity to have another child after having my tubes tied for seven years. On October 6, 2005, I had the tubal reversal surgery done by Dr. Rogers. The nurses and hospital staff were very kind to me and my family. Dr. Rogers made sure that all of our questions were answered and treated us in a very caring manner. Just three months later, I found out I was pregnant and on October 7, 2006, I gave birth to our beautiful baby boy. This was truly a wonderful gift that could not have been possible without Dr. Rogers' expertise and affordability

Comment: I had my tubes untied in February of 2006 but did not start trying until August 2006. I had a positive pregnancy test the next month after trying, but the doctor said I didn't have enough of the hcg hormone to carry it so my body released it. It was just like a very heavy period. I found out last week that I am about four to five weeks pregnant. Because of the surgery, I have to have blood work and an ultrasound done to make sure it is not an ectopic pregnancy. I have done the blood work already and had one ultrasound, but it was too early for them to tell. They are waiting for the blood work to come back, and I am scheduled for another ultrasound this Friday. I am very curious also to find out if I’m having twins or not because I already have two sets of twins. There were two dark spots in the pictures and the doctor said it is a possibility

Comment: I had my surgery with Dr. Lisa Rogers. My cousin also had it done six months before me. I flew from New Jersey and stayed nearby in a hotel. The staff was extremely nice and the doctor explained everything that was going to happen perfectly. All of my children were natural, so I didn't know what to expect as far as recovery and pain after the surgery. It wasn't easy, but well worth it. It took me about two weeks to really start to recover and get back to cooking and cleaning, but at a much slower pace

Comment: I am overall very pleased with everyone at The Jackson Clinic. Thank you very much for giving me another chance. I will keep everyone updated on the news!

Comment: I had my reversal done back in October of last year and I got pregnant in February. Sadly, I had a miscarriage shortly after in March. To my surprise I found out in June that I was pregnant again. I am due in March of 2007 and I just found out that it is going to be a boy. I am so excited and thankful to Dr. Rogers and her staff for doing the surgery for me. Everyone there was so professional and nice I wish them all the best

Comment: I just had my surgery on the 10th of November, 2006. Dr. Rogers was the most caring, wonderful doctor anyone could possible have. I am so glad I chose her to perform my tubal reversal. I can't say enough about her. I ended up with great tube lengths and I feel confident that I will be pregnant. If you are looking for a reversal doctor, don't look any further than Dr. Rogers. She is truly amazing and a gift from God

Comment: Just wanted to let you know the baby is in the uterus! We also saw the heartbeat!!!! My OB/GYN was so excited. He wanted to know all about you there. Dr. Rogers and Cindy you cannot know how much you have blessed my life by giving me this opportunity to have another child! We are excited beyond words. I will let you know more as time goes by. Again THANK YOU and keep up the wonderful work you do and God Bless!!

Comment: I just wanted to thank Dr. Rogers for doing my tubal reversal on July 7, 2006. I just found out on Sept. 22, 2006 that I am 4-5 weeks pregnant. I did not expect the surgery to work so fast, but I am so happy. I went directly to my doctor here at home and they did blood work as well as an ultrasound. Everything looked okay but they will be repeating the same test in about a week just to make sure. Thank you for making our dreams come true

Comment: Just wanted to say thanks for giving me another chance at having a baby. I had my tubes tied in 1998 and had them untied in Sept. 2005. Now I am happy to say we are expecting a baby girl between Thanksgiving and Christmas of 2006. The staff at The Jackson Clinic and hospital was very nice and caring. I wanted to thank everyone who was involved, especially Dr. Lisa Rogers. I am happy about telling anyone who is interested about the surgery. The cost is very reasonable and the surgery isn't too painful. It's worth it. Thanks again

Comment: Hello, I had my tubal reversal done on July 28, 2005 exactly one year ago today. Only one of my tubes was operable but Dr. Lisa Rogers said my one tube looked really good. I was sure I never wanted any more children after my daughter and son were born so I had my tubes tied, about four years later the Lord put it in my heart to have another child. I was so scared to start the steps to have this done, I just could not imagine being able to carry another child ever again. Comment: I am still in a state of shock that this happened so quickly and just wanted to share this wonderful news!! After having my tubal reversal in March of 2006, I found out that we are definately pregnant!! Barely two months after surgery!! Dr Lisa Rogers and her staff at The Jackson Clinic are amazing. Her bed side manner alone puts her at a whole different level than many other doctors. She is genuinely concerned for her patients and you can tell this from the moment you meet her. The hospital where the surgery is done is also top notch!! For those considering a reversal please consider Dr Rogers!! I am proof positive that her hands are blessed!! Thank you Jackson Clinic for making our dreams come true!!

Comment: I’ve been wanting to write for quite some time. I had a tubal ligation in March 1991 and a reversal seven years later in 1998. I wanted to let you know that seven years post reversal in February 2005 the Lord blessed us with little Rebecca Grace. I just wanted to say Thank-you! Thank-you! Thank-you! God answers prayer and you were a big part of that answer by making it affordable. Thank you for your faithful service. Your rewards are eternal. May God richly bless you all!

Minutes before my surgery, Dr. Rogers held my hand and prayed with me, and that meant more to me than anything. She was more than a doctor, she was a friend. Thanks Dr. Rogers!!!!

I had a beautiful baby girl on March 1, 2002. She weighed 6lbs. 6 1/2 oz. I cannot express with words to you how very grateful I am to have met you and had you do my surgery. I have to admit that I was a little apprehensive at first but after I met you I knew you would try your best to help me conceive again. I know that after surgery you gave me a 40% chance of success and I guess the good lord had me in his plans... I am very blessed and you were and always will be a part of that. May god continue to bless you and give you the ability to continue to help women like me. Thank you very much for everything

Comment: I just had my tubal reversal August 14, 2003; I just wanted to thank everyone at the Jackson clinic especially Cindy and Dr. Rodgers. They made me and my husband feel so at home and relaxed even though we were more than 650 miles from home. And the staff at the hospital was so caring and helpful to us. I wished we had this type of medical facility here at home. We will be going for our four week check up Sept 11, will be sure to let you know of our progress. Thanks so much and may god bless you

I never felt uncomfortable at all, and my husband was informed each step of the way. I had my tubal reversal in February 2004. In May we got the positive pregnancy test we have longed for!

Comment: I live in California and the least I had been told this surgery would cost is about $15,000. My husband and I had been married three years and although I deperately wanted another child (I have three from my first marriage and my current husband had no children). We decided to take our income tax return and pay for the surgery and if God blessed us with a child - AMEN, but if not at least it was not in our hands any longer

However, before I had a chance to try again, my husband passed away and at that time, I thought my dreams of another child went with him

Comment: The staff at the hospital were absolutely awesome! Very caring! And did everything in their power to ease my fears of needles and surgery

Comment: Dr.Lisa Rogers did my tubal reversal about 4years ago. I had one pregnancy that was a blighted ovum, then soon after another that was ectopic and had to have one tube removed. I had given up all hope when a year later I found out I was pregnant again even with one tube left. I am now 25 weeks pregnant with a little girl. We are so happy. I want to thank Dr. Rogers so much for this success. It was a long hard road but with a lot of prayer and hope our dreams came true even against the odds of having one tube. Thank You again!!! So anyone out there don't give up

Comment: I had my tubal reversed on July 3rd. Everyone at the clinic and the hospital was so professional and reassuring. I was completely at ease, even though I was having major surgery with a doctor I had never met until the day before!

Comment: I am pleased to report that I conceived just three weeks after my surgery! My due date is April 19! We are in shock that it happened so quickly!

Comment: I had my tubes tied in June 2004 after the birth of my second child. I decided to have it done due to being a single mom and also having delivered previously in May 2003 at the age of 21. I made a devastating decision! Just two years later I met the love of my life and he doesn't have any children of his own. We have been together for almost nine years. We have talked about IVF which is very expensive, so we decided for a tubal reversal. We searched for a year and finally decided to allow Dr. Rogers to do the procedure. I sent her all of my medical records and I am a little nervous but ready to get procedure over with. I am currently scheduled for surgery in just 11 days. The cost is very reasonable and we are praying for a successful procedure as well as recovery. After all the comments that I have read, The Jackson Clinic sounds like it will be the best decision we have made.

Dr. Lisa thank you for everything and we will send you a picture of our little person in an UK outfit soon.

I was back at work in just a few days. I am so happy to say that in March 2014 we have a positive pregnancy test. When I went to the OB/GYN everything looked great after exactly one year of trying. Thanks to Dr. Lisa Rogers and her staff for the great job they do.

Comment: I had a tubal reversal in October 2013. I was told my tube length was 3.5 and 5. I found out in December 2013 that I was four weeks pregnant. That was even faster than I was able to get pregnant before my tubal ligation and I am even older now, I am 34. I am currently 8.5 weeks and ultrasound showed baby in the uterus! We are so excited! Dr. Rogers and Cindy are both so nice and professional. I would also like to add that I have had pelvic pain for years and even my OB/GYN of 18 years could not find the cause of my pain but Dr. Rogers did. She is amazing!

Comment: I had my tubal reversal done in April 2009. Dr. Lisa Rogers was great and I could not have asked for a better surgeon. The staff was also great and I was so grateful for the pre-surgery prayer. With the best bedside manner, I would recommend Dr. Lisa and her staff as one of the best. Although I am not yet pregnant, I find I am better now. I hold it dear in my heart that one day I will have a baby. I have not been able to do other testing as my insurance will not cover this, but with prayer and hope, maybe one day....

The hospital was clean and everyone was great. I highly recommend Dr. Lisa Rogers to anyone. It has been three months since my surgery. Comment: In 1996 the day after my son was born, I had my tubes tied. I was getting a divorce and felt it was my best option at the time. After a decade I found myself in another relationship and for the first time in my life felt like I really wanted more babies. In 2008, Dr. Rogers reversed my tubes and I felt great after my recovery. We tried for the longest to conceive and it just wasn’t working. I decided to go to my OB/GYN I found out that I had fibroid tumors that were blocking the entry to my uterus. After having them removed we resumed our monthly counts of ovulation and body temps. Eight weeks later we found out that we were pregnant! I am now 32 weeks along. My best advice would be that after you have your tubes reversed, get checked out by your family doctor. Just relax, it may take time!

Comment: My husband and I decided after remarrying that we wanted more children together. I am 41 years old and we have three grown children. We researched tubal reversal surgery and looked at many doctors and found Dr. Lisa Rogers. I must say Dr. Rogers and her staff are the most professional and caring staff I have ever met. She explained the procedure and answered every question that we had. I had the surgery in August of this year while I am still in the healing stage, I am doing great. I would recommend Dr. Rogers to anyone that is looking into this type of surgery. She is caring and she makes this experience even more joyful

Her bedside manner made me feel reassured and at home. The hospital was also very clean. I’m so happy and excited to announce I’m pregnant and we are expecting in February 2012. Thank you all so much for all you have done!

The hospital staff was wonderful and my procedure went smoothly! I was very impressed that Dr. Rogers called me personally to make sure I was doing okay. We learned on Memorial Day that we are now expecting! I am six weeks pregnant and am SO thankful for Dr. Rogers. Without her, we would not have this incredible gift. She had said it could take up to a year and had a 70% chance of getting pregnant, but here we are only seven months post surgery and pregnant! We couldn’t be happier! Thank you so very much Dr. Rogers!

I so wish I didn't live so far from Dr. Rogers office if I lived closer I would definitely go to her for my prenatal care. If anyone is considering having the tubal reversal procedure, I would highly recommend Dr. Lisa Rogers and her staff. If you are doing research as I did when considering my procedure, I can tell you look no further. I look forward to sharing our news very soon, thanks to the help of Dr. Rogers, her staff and Jackson Madison County General Hospital. THANK ALL OF YOU from the bottom of mine and my husband’s heart

We drove a considerable distance to have the procedure, but I would recommend Dr. Rogers to everyone. She is wonderful and the care received in her clinic and in the hospital was great. We researched several clinics, including one in our own state

Comment: I live in Missouri and I am so glad I chose The Jackson Clinic for my tubal reversal surgery. Not only is the price the lowest you will find, but the care is the best you will find. Every employee and I mean every employee was so nice. I wish I could go to The Jackson Clinic for my prenatal care when the time comes. I’m not pregnant yet, but the surgery was only a little over two months ago. If you are considering tubal reversal The Jackson Clinic is definitely the place to go! (Nov 2008)

I was unsure about having the reversal done at my age (43) but felt that it was something that I needed to do. The consultations and surgery went very well. Dr. Rogers was able to successfully reconnect both tubes successfully. Thank you. (Dec 2008)

Comment: I had my tubal reversal in April 2006. It is August 2008 and I am now 8 weeks pregnant! I almost gave up hope. Now I am so happy that words can not express my feelings. My advice to other couples is prayers and check your BBT daily. Track your cycle. Thank you Dr. Lisa Rogers, Cindy and all the rest of the staff at the Jackson Clinic. My experience was the best imaginable. Everyone was caring and helpful

Comment: I wanted to let everyone know of the gifts Dr. Rogers have given us since our tubal reversal in March 2006. We gave birth to our son in April 2007. Following him we had figured we would love another. Well our wish was fulfilled rather quickly, 3 months later. We welcomed our daughter into the world in April 2008. We just found out our third reversal baby is due in May 2009. Our story just goes to show what could be possible for all of you looking into this. We prayed for one blessing and have ended up with three. Our OB/GYN has never seen anyone with the success we have had following a reversal. I tell everyone about the Jackson Clinic

Comment: We are pregnant again! That makes three since March 2006. We have a 17 month old son and a 5 month old daughter. Our third baby is due May 2009. I have been blessed a million times over. I would recommend Dr. Rogers in a minute! Dr. Rogers has so much to give

Comment: I had my tubal reversal in 2002 at 38. Dr. Curlin gave me a 70% chance within the first year. I got a divorce and at age 40 met a man who I fell in love with. Dr. Curlin told me at age 40 my chances were 20%. After 8 months I got pregnant. Cannot even describe how elated I was! I have a beautiful little boy who is the absolute love of my life. Thank you Dr. John Curlin, you just don’t know the happiness you have brought to me. You are the best. The Jackson Clinic is the way to go

Comment: I want to say a special “thank you” to Dr. Rogers and her wonderful staff! I had a tubal reversal in March 2007. I was pregnant by the first week in May but sadly miscarried in June. It has been hard recovering from my loss. I believe we tried too soon! For anyone else wanting a child right away, learn from my mistake and wait at least two or three months post surgery before trying to conceive. The good news is that we are pregnant again! I am four months right now and everything is going fine. We have heard the heartbeat several times. My husband and I would not be having this baby if it was not for Dr. Rogers. The baby is due the first week in July. I can never thank you enough. I am glad we found you; we could not have done it without you! Your staff was amazing on how well they cared for me. I will never forget any of you or where my miracle baby came from. (Jan 2008)

Comment: I had my tubal ligation fifteen years ago. I contacted Dr. Rogers not knowing what to expect because I had no operative report from my surgery. I didn’t think I would be able to give my husband a child. I am now pregnant and due in June 2008. Dr. Rogers you are a blessing. We truly thank you. (Feb 2008)

Comment: I just wanted to say thanks again. In April of last year I became pregnant again. I had a wonderful baby boy in January 2008. He is my third pregnancy since my reversal in July 2005. Thank you is not enough for all you have done. (March 2008)

Comment: My husband and I went to see Dr. Rogers to have a tubal reversal. We drove about 6 hours to see her. When we arrived the morning in April 2007 to have the surgery I was so nervous but everyone at the hospital was SO nice to me and my husband. Back in the room before the surgery I remember Dr. Rogers talking to me and telling me everything was going to be just fine. The surgery for the reversal was actually easier than having them tied. I was only out of work for a week and a half and you can barely see the scar. So now the great news is we just found out one year to the day we are positively pregnant! We went to the doctor and had a vaginal ultrasound and the baby is in place and my due date is on Christmas Day! I want to say a big thanks to Dr. Rogers for making our little miracle/dream come true! If anyone is thinking about having a reversal I would strongly recommend Dr. Rogers whom we are so grateful for! (April 2008)

Comment: My surgery was in October 2007. I am very pleased to announce that after five months of trying, we are pregnant! We are anxiously awaiting a true miracle this Christmas. Thank you Dr. Rogers for making our dream come true

Comment: I just wanted to thank Dr. Rogers for making mine and my husband’s dreams of having a baby come true. I endured many IVF cycles each cycle producing no pregnancy. I got my tubes reversed in November 2007, we are now pregnant. It took only five months. We found out in May 2008. We are so thrilled about this little bundle of joy growing inside. Once again, Dr. Rogers you are a blessing and thank you so very much for making our dream come true. (June 2008)

Comment: Dr. Lisa Rogers did my tubal reversal in November 2007, it is now June 2008 and I just found out that I am five weeks pregnant! My husband and I couldn’t be happier. Dr. Rogers and her nurse Cindy were awesome. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them. Thank you Dr. Rogers and Cindy! (June 2008)

Comment: My husband and I have been dreaming of this day for quite a while. I finally got to have my surgery on April 4, 2007 and I just found out I am pregnant (Oct.). We are just elated. Thanks to Dr. Rogers and her staff for an excellent experience and a wonderful outcome.

Comment: I had my tubal reversal in March 2012. A month later, my doctor told us we are pregnant! We are expecting a baby girl in February 2013!! Thank you so much! You have a wonderful staff and hospital. It was perfect! Thank you Dr. Rogers.

Comment: I have so many wonderful things to say about my tubal reversal experience with Dr. Rogers. I had my reversal in November 2010. After trying to conceive for three months life happened to throw us a curveball and we had to put trying to conceive on hold until December 2011. We were pregnant one month later in January 2012. We are now 31 weeks pregnant waiting on our little boy to arrive. I will always be grateful to this wonderful lady for being such an amazing doctor. I personally know three other ladies who used Dr. Rogers around the same time and all three have babies and are now working on more additions to their families, not to mention the many women I talk to on message boards and forums that have had success with Dr. Rogers. This just proves to me what a great decision I made in choosing her as my doctor. My husband and I want to thank you from the bottoms of our hearts. We are deeply indebted to you and your staff for giving us the chance to be parents to another beautiful child. God bless the work you do!!!

Comment: I had my tubal reversal surgery in April 2012 and had a positive pregnancy test in August 2012 and I am due in early April 2013. We are so excited!! Thank you so much. I highly recommend The Jackson Clinic.

Comment: I had my reversal in March 2012 and we are now eight weeks pregnant! I am due in December 2018 and everything is going great. I so happy I had this procedure done. Dr. Rogers and her staff are the greatest! I could not have asked for a better crew and I can't wait to share photos of our beautiful baby in December. Thank You Dr. Rogers!
