APRN/PA – Endocrinology – FT – Monday-Friday – 8:00am-5:00pm – The Advanced Practice Professional will work in collaboration with the providers of the Endocrinology Department to provide outstanding, evidence based, quality outcomes focused care in the outpatient Endocrinology setting. Graduate of Accredited NP or PA program. Licensed to practice in state of Tennessee as a NP or PA. Previous Endocrinology or Family Practice/Internal Medicine experience preferred, but not required.
APRN/PA – Bolivar – FT – Monday-Friday – 8:00am-5:00pm – The Advanced Practice Professional will work in collaboration with the providers of the Family Practice Department to provide outstanding, evidence based, quality outcomes focused care in the outpatient setting. Typical visit volume should be expected to be 60-80-visits per week. Types of job duties will include Chronic/Acute problem visits, Health maintenance, and Wellness exams, Primary Care or Family Practice Experience preferred. Graduate of Accredited NP or PA program. Licensed to practice in state of Tennessee as a NP or PA.
APRN/PA – Sleep Medicine – FT – Monday-Friday – The Advanced Practice Provider will work in collaboration with the providers of the Sleep Medicine department to provide outstanding, evidence-based, quality outcomes focused care in the outpatient setting. Typical visit volume should be expected to be 60-80 visits per week. Types of duties to include evaluation and treatment of disorders associated with sleep, setting up sleep tests, CPAP rechecks and F/U. Graduate of accredited NP or PA program. Licensed to practice TN as NP or PA. Previous experience preferred, but not required.
APRN – Med/Peds – FT – Periodic Saturday morning Peds walk in shared in rotation with other providers – The Advanced Practice Professional will work in collaboration with the providers of the IM and Peds Departments to provide outstanding, evidence-based, quality outcomes focused care in the outpatient setting. Typical visit volume should be expected to be 60-80 visits per week. Types of job duties will include Chronic/Acute problem visits, Health maintenance, and Wellness exams for adults and peds. Graduate of Accredited NP or PA program. Licensed to practice in state of Tennessee as a NP or PA. Primary Care or Family Practice experience preferred.
Surgical Scrub Technician – FT – Monday-Friday – 7:00am-4:00pm or 10-hour days, days assigned. Occasional Saturday – Based on needs of department hours may be adjusted. – Assist in procedure room and processing instruments. GI experience preferred or experience in one of the above areas. BLS required. Certification preferred. Must have a valid TN driver’s license and reliable transportation.

LPN Care Coordinator – Monday-Friday – 8:00am-5:00pm – Engages patients in an active role of management of his/her disease condition as determined by the medical home. Assists in the identification of appropriate providers, facilities, and community resources in an effort to improve or maintain the patients social, emotional, functional, and physical health status. Emphasizing the establishment of routine contact with his/her primary care physician and facilitate specialists’ referrals as appropriate per physicians’ orders. Active LPN licensure in the State of Tennessee. BLS Required.
Audiologist – FT – Monday-Friday – The Audiologist will work in collaboration with the other providers and staff of the Audiology department to provide outstanding audiological testing and services for the patients of The Jackson Clinic. Will work closely with The Jackson Clinic ENT Department. Duties would include Audiometric testing and evaluation; hearing aid consults, fitting and services, and VNG testing. MA or MS degree in audiology. Experience preferred. Certification by ASHA-CCC-A or the American Academy of Audiology (F-AAA). Tennessee State License for audiology and hearing aid dispensing required.
Clinical Lab Assistant – Midtown Convenient Care / North Convenient Care – FT – Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, 8:00am-8:00pm; Sunday, 12:00pm-6:00pm – Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, 8:00am-8:00pm – Occasional Holiday – Frequent standing and walking for extended periods; perform venipuncture on adult and pediatric patients: perform waived laboratory procedures: review patient results and QC; perform EKG’s. One-year Phlebotomy experience preferred. One-year practical experience in a healthcare setting preferred. Phlebotomy certification preferred. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
General Accountant I – FT – Monday-Friday – 8:00am-5:00pm – eeking tech savvy accountant to help with various accounting processes at the clinic. High proficiency with excel required. Experience with Microsoft Great Plains, other accounting/payroll software, and experience with software transitions a plus. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field is preferred. Multiple years of payroll or accounting experience may be substituted for education. Some exposure to college level course work preferred. This position will assist with making GL entries, paying FUTA, SUTA, & Sales taxes, processing payroll, completing account reconciliations, and will assist with preparing integration files between various software and company accounts. This position will be an integral part of a small team, working closely with HR, offering high customer service to providers & co-workers by researching and answering questions about payroll and general accounting functions in conjunction with the director of accounting.

Must be able to answer a high call volume when implementing exceptional customer service. Schedule appointments according to provider preferences. High School Diploma or GED. Scheduling/call center experience preferred. Must have adequate home internet.
Department Assistant – FT – Monday-Friday – 8:00am-5:00pm with some flexibility – Works returned checks & mail. Processes authorizations for legal action. Completes credit card payments online, through the mail or by telephone. Responsible for bankruptcy processing and mail distribution. Answers inbound calls and works overdue accounts. Assists remote team & supervisor as needed. One to two years of medical insurance and collections/bankruptcy experience preferred. High school diploma, GED or related Business College required.
Front Office Specialist I – FT – Monday-Friday – 8:00am-5:00pm – Verify patient demographics, receive and post payments to patient’s accounts; schedule appointments; prepare and balance daily deposit; take detailed phone messages for clinical staff. Assists patients with check-in process and ensure patient’s insurance eligibility and benefits are loaded correctly onto accounts. High School Diploma or GED. Customer service experience. Previous reception, cashier or other related background experience preferred, but not required. Prior experience in a health care related field helpful but not necessary.
