Biography

Kimberly Preston is originally from New Jersey, however she has lived in Jackson, TN with her family since 2004. She graduated cum laude from The University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and was a Hillman Scholar. She graduated from Georgetown University with a Master of Science and was a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International nursing honor society. Kimberly has worked in health care since 1999. She started her career as a pediatric ICU nurse and worked in both New York City and Washington, D.C. She also worked as clinical faculty at Georgetown University and Jackson State Community College. She is licensed by the state of Tennessee as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, and holds her certification from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a family nurse practitioner. She obtained her Dermatology Nurse Practitioner Certification in 2014 and is a member of the Nurse Practitioner Society of the Dermatology Nurses Association. Kimberly has worked in Dermatology at The Jackson Clinic since 2011 and is passionate about providing high quality care for her patients.
