Full Time Positions

40024    MA/LPN – Satellite Floater – Monday – Friday – 8:00am – 5:00pm – Will provide nursing coverage to Humboldt, Milan, Huntingdon and McKenzie satellites as needed.  Responsible for assisting the physician by greeting patients, taking vital signs, assisting in diagnostic procedures and providing patient education.  Must be LPN licensed to practice in the State of TN or graduate of a Medical Assistant program with MA certification preferred.  Previous office experience preferred.  License to perform X-Rays a plus.  BLS required.  Must have a valid Tennessee driver’s license and reliable transportation.

40044    Optician – Optical Dispensary – North Clinic – Monday – Friday – 8:00am – 5:00pm – Must be Optician licensed to practice in the State of TN and have certification from the American Board of Opticianry.

40046    Nurse Advocate – MA/LPN – Monday – Friday – 8:00am  - 5:00pm – Responsible for the triage of incoming patient care phone calls to include, but not limited to refills, precertifications/prior approvals and healthcare questions.  Will also be instrumental in community education and marketing projects.  Must have good computer skills.  Previous experience with electronic medical records and telephone triage process is preferred.  Must be MA with minimum of 5 years experience or LPN licensed to practice in the State of TN with 2 years clinical experience.  1 year additional education may be substituted for 1 year clinical experience.

40062    Phlebotomist/EKG Tech – Medical Office Building Lab – Monday – Friday – 8:00am – 5:00pm – May Need To Alter Work Schedule As Needed By The Department – Performs venipuncture and capillary punctures on adult and pediatric patients.  Performs EKG testing and other related exams.  Communicates in a manner that promotes clinic and laboratory professionalism, as well as comfortable phlebotomy.  1 year of phlebotomy and/or EKG experience preferred.  Phlebotomy certification preferred.  Must have a valid TN driver’s license and reliable transportation.

40063    Advanced Practice Nurse – Oncology – Days and Hours To Be Determined - Will provide primary care to patients acting as an assistant to physicians in the clinic following established standards, practices and protocols.  Must have a working knowledge of care of oncology patients and working from protocols.  Research knowledge helpful.  Must have possession of a State Registered Nurse license and MSN in the State of TN.  OCN certification preferred.  ACLS certification preferred.  BLS required.

Part Time Positions

40005    MT/MLT – PT2 – Main Lab – Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday – 9am – 3pm – With Some Flexibility – Performs procedures in all sections of the lab, maintains lab equipment and reviews patient’s records, lab reports and procedures.  An Associate degree from a MLT training program and a State License is required.  6 months minimum experience is preferred.  Must have a valid Tennessee driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel between satellite locations, if needed.

40049    Ultrasonographer – PT2 – Not To Exceed 19 Hours/Week – Flexible Schedule To Meet The Needs Of The Department – Minimum of 2 years experience preferred.  Must have ARDMS certification or be eligible for exam and obtain certification within 6 months of hire.

40065    Phlebotomist/EKG Tech – MOB Lab – PT2 – Monday – Thursday – 8:00am – 12:30pm
